If you aren’t satisfied with the condition of you purchase, please call our 603-527-8229 within one week of receipt. We’ll send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
Shipping
At Grove shipping charges reflect the cost charged to us by UPS or Fed Ex. Many large companies offer “free shipping” and then bury the real cost of shipping in the price of the product. All Ava Marie Handmade Chocolates are made fresh and will be shipped to locations in the United States within five business days.
Warm Temperature Condition
If temperatures are above 70 degrees, we will have to include a cold pack and two-day select delivery for an extra charge. Please call 1 603-527-8229 so that we may take your order.
No Signature Required
All orders are shipped “no signature required” which means the package will be left at the destination address specified. We are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.
